Daytime Hourly Rental (Before 7pm)

  • Minimum 20 headsets

  • 1 hour rental - 150,000 IDR per headset

  • 2 hour rental - 170,000 IDR per headset

  • 3 hours rental - 190,000 IDR per headset

Evening Hourly Rental (After 7pm)

  • Minimum 30 headsets

  • 1 hour rental - 170,000 IDR per headset

  • 2 hour rental - 200,000 IDR per headset

  • 3 hours rental - 220,000 IDR per headset

When you rent from Silent Disco Bali, you're getting more than just equipment.

  • Premium Audio Technology: Wireless headsets with crystal-clear sound and transmitters (1 transmitter included for every 30 headsets rented)

  • Visual Display: Stylish white iron arch paired with our signature wooden "Let's Party" neon sign that creates the perfect party atmosphere. ur Display Pack is designed to create a visual focal point for your silent disco area. While we provide the basics, we encourage you or your party planner to add your personal touch. Decorate it to match your theme and make it sparkle! Or talk to us about custom upgrades.

  • Dedicated Party Host: Your personal event manager ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish, and you can just enjoy your event.

  • Hassle-Free Delivery & Setup: Complimentary service throughout South Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Seminyak, Kuta) – we can provide a delivery fee for outside these areas. We're happy to bring the party to you, wherever you are in Bali.

We’re also happy to help you design a package that suits your needs. We can provide custom quotes for: more than 100 headsets, more than 3 hours, custom decor, party favours and DJ’s.

Minimum Rental and Basic Setup

Our minimum rental is 20 headsets for daytime parties (7am - 7pm), and 30 headsets for evening parties (after 7pm).

The hire fee includes delivery and setup with our basic display. Our team will ensure everything is set up correctly, allowing you to focus on enjoying your event.

One Headset Per Guest

To truly experience the magic of silent disco, we strongly recommend renting one audio headset for each of your guests. This ensures that everyone has the opportunity to immerse themselves in the music and join the party. Imagine the joy of seeing all your guests moving to the same beat, yet able to chat comfortably when they remove their headsets. It's a unique experience that creates unforgettable memories.
