How far in advance do I need to book my Silent Disco?

Ideally we like to be informed 4 weeks before the event, however we can take bookings sooner should we have head sets available. To make sure you don’t miss out, we suggest booking as far in advance as you can.

For custom displays, we need a minimum of 1 months notice.

How many head sets should I hire?

We recommend you rent 1 head set per guest so everybody get’s an opportunity to participate.

If you’re hosting a kids party, we suggest 1 per child - that way the adults can still enjoy the party, separately from the kids.

How do the head sets work?

Our head phones are really easy to use and comfortable to wear! They will be delivered fully cleaned, sanitised and charged. All guests need to do is switch it on, adjust volume and choose their channel. Our head phones are wireless and can be enjoyed up to 300 metres from the display.

How does a Silent Disco work for a wedding or large private party?

Typically, your wedding would run as usual, and then the silent disco can commence later in the evening - after meals and speeches. We suggest you still run background music at the venue so guests who don’t participate still have some ambience to enjoy.

Who chooses the music?

You do! You can provide your own Spotify play lists, or choose from our play lists. There are 3 channels available, so you will need a play list for each channel. For example, if you have a large wedding and want everyone on the dance floor you could choose a playlist for:

  • you and your friends

  • for the older guests

  • for kids

Where do you deliver to?

Included in our rental fee is delivery to areas in South Bali - from Ubud, to Canggu, to Sanur and down to Uluwatu. If your event is outside these areas, ask us about the delivery fee.
